It makes PFFF. A clacking sound can be heard. PFFF - and the damp paint shines on the wall. PFFF stands for &#x1F30D communication without language barriers. It stands for spontaneity and the need to communicate &#x1F5EF. The PFFFESTIVAL has set itself the goal of making Stuttgart more colourful and liveable in the long term &#x1F680. Locally and internationally renowned artists are creating large-scale works of art throughout the city. The project was developed in co-operation &#x1F91D between the city of Stuttgart, the Kunstverein-Wagenhalle and Studio Vierkant. The project is independent and does not pursue any financial interests.
