Inga Krause (born 1989) currently lives in Bremen. She studied illustration in Münster (MSD) and Hamburg (HAW). Her master's thesis PETRICHOR (2021) consists of full-surface collages of analogue and digital elements that show phenomena of the city. In addition, Krause works on large-scale paintings and colourful clay figures. Her style is primarily characterised by large forms and bright colours. She combines figurative elements with abstraction. The graphic clarity of her works is repeatedly broken by wild brushstrokes, analogue textures and asymmetrical forms. Inga Krause realised her façade with the help of her friend and artistic assistant Marina Friedrich.
