Theresa Volpp

Theresa Volpp (born 1988) currently lives in Zurich and Berlin, where she devotes herself to abstract painting. Volpp studied design in Hamburg and earned an MFA at Goldsmiths, University of London in 2016. After returning to Germany, she studied with Katharina Grosse at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf; during this time she focused on her painting. Most recently, she has shown her work at solo and group exhibitions at Kunstverein Lippe, Kunsthalle Düsseldorf, Schaufenster Berlin, Trafo Gallery Praha and Residency Unlimited NYC, among others. Her work was recently shown at the Sleek Magazine (Berlin), in Bazaar Germany and in the Office Magazine (New York) presented.
